About Trooper
This versatile highly durable, fully hydraulic gimbal- bladed compact grader has the ability to rotate and tilt its blade hydraulically This versatile grader is ideal for game ranches, forestry estates, cane fields and contouring operations. With a unique full 3-axis hydraulically operated blade movement mechanism that allows for unprecedented lift, angle and tilt capa- bility.
Coupled to a tractor of between 55 Kw and 76 Kw power. The Roadking Trooper was also designed for use where limited accessibility inhibits the use of trailed graders.
Cost effective and highly durable, this linkage mounted road grader is equally at home on flat- lands, converting corrugations and potholed track into smooth usable road and has the weight, strength and blade features to make short work of agricultural road maintenance and reconstruction requirements.
MAINFRAME CONSTRUCTION: Pressed steel boxed frame supporting a 3-Point linkage hitch mechanism and double beam type universal 3-axis angling assembly
BLADE: Rolled 16 mm hard steel plate with ballast box and 3 x 200 mm x 20 mm high carbon steel reversible cutting edges.
CONTROLS: Remote controlled via direct connection to tow tractor’s hydrau- lic system and 3 Point linkage. Full hydraulic control of blade lift, angle and rotation. + optional hydraulic tail wheel control.
HITCH: Category 2 Three Point linkage compatible with grade EN9 Clevis Pins.
FINISH: All steel chemically cleaned and painted 2 coats epoxy primer and two coats 2K Yellow.
